In the middle of the Svaneke Torv square in the old merchant’s house, you will find the Svaneke Bryghus Restaurant, where the first Svaneke beers were brewed back in 2000. We are open all year round, which makes our restaurant a favorite place to eat for many Bornholm locals. We still brew in the copper kettles on special occasions, but our guests primarily come to eat and taste the beer. Our restaurant has the bronze organic food label and is certified as a Green Restaurant. We care deeply about where our produce comes from and are happy to use the island's many producers. Our dishes are always composed with a feeling for the rustic and naturally a focus on great taste.
Sustainability on the plate - The restaurant is certified with the Green Restaurant sustainability label, which highlights restaurants that make a difference in the restaurant industry and think about sustainable responsibility in their daily operations. In addition, we have the bronze organic food label and use 30-60 percent organic ingredients every month – all year round.
