A hybrid between a Belgian Saison beer and a New England Pale Ale.
Slightly hazy, ultra crisp and with distinct notes of cloves and fruity acids
from the yeast. The American hops gives a solid impact of resin and citrus.


Food pairing Lunch, Salads and vegetarian dishes. 


Top fermented 4.8 % vol.
